Questions people ask before paying
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. One traveler, the full Schengen 90/180 count and the trip planner, with no card and no time limit.
What does Founders mean?
A launch offer for our first customers: everything in Plus, paid once at $99, with no renewals.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from Settings. It works the same way for Plus and for Pro: you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, nothing renews after that, and your data stays yours to export. Founders is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support@mytravelstatus.com within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, or of a yearly renewal, and we refund that payment in full. In the EU and the UK that 14-day right to withdraw is also yours by law. After 14 days, write to us and we'll look at it fairly; the full rules are in the Terms.
Who handles payment?
Link (Stripe). Link is the part of Stripe, the payment company behind many online shops, that sells you the subscription: it runs checkout, sends your receipts and handles refunds. Prices are in US dollars, and any sales tax or VAT for your country is added at checkout. Your card details go straight to Link: we never see or store them.
What stays free?
Free covers the Schengen 90/180 count for one person, the trip planner and 180-day forecast, long-stay visas and residence permits, document scanning and expiry reminders, email and in-app alerts, calendar sync, the app on your phone, CSV import and export, the tamper-evident history and data export. Plus adds two adults and your children, UK visitor tracking, the EES check and its Article 52 letter, forwarded bookings and the PDF report. I'm a Relo2France member. Do I need to pay?
No. The Schengen tracker is included with your Relo2France membership, inside your Relo2France account: the Schengen 90/180 count for everyone in your Relo2France household, the trip planner and 180-day forecast, long-stay visas and residence permits, document scanning and expiry reminders, in-app alerts, calendar sync, CSV import and export, the tamper-evident history, data export, the EES check and its Article 52 letter and the PDF report. The UK and tax-residence features are part of our own Plus and Pro plans.
